Job Description:
Project Lead position. Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP application. Should have managed a small team of less that 10 resources under him. Should have exllent communication and client management skill. Should know about project risk and plan to mitigate them. Should keep log of issues and work with team and client to close them. Should be able to work with quality team to get quality deliverables as per org standard. Should have skill to motivate and bond the team for greater goal of the project (client) and organization. Should be able to track teh project progress as per project plan and be able to guide team when theer is any deviations.Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
