Hand-on experience in development using best practices of Oracle technologies
Should have minimum 3 end to end Oracle HRMS implementation experience
Oracle HCM Applications R12 – PMS, OLM, Succ. Planning
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience
Oracle Workflow and AME
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Oracle Applications APIs, Oracle Forms development /customization /personalization
XML schema design/development
Expertise on developing reports
Good Documentation skills ASIS, Technical Design
Expertise on Coexistence with Cloud apps is added advantage
