How to define Grade Rates in Oracle Fusion.

In this post i am going to explain how to create Grade Rates in Oracle Fusion.

A rate is a range, contains the pay values that are related to each grade. Navigate to Workforce Deployment, then Workforce Structures, and then we could see Manage Grade Rates.

Click on Workforce Deployment.

Click on Workforce Structure and then Manage Grade Rates.

Select US from Name search.

To add new row / grade, or update existing one, you have to select Edit and use update or correction option. In my case I have selected Update Option, then select effective date and reason.
